Flood Appeal 2009 - How your contributions were spent

We would like to thank each and everyone of you who heard the call and donated to this worthy cause. Within 5 weeks, we collected from family and friends on matavuvale.com a total of $US2800, which translated to $FJ6000.

Our rep., Mr Wallace Ram, met up with the good folks from Save The Children Fiji, and received a list of schools that badly needed aid, as a result of the flood. Below are the pictures of all the schools (most were in the interior) that Mr Ram visited and either gave money to (for school fees) or bought necessary equipment that the schools needed. It was one of the most satisfying trips for our rep, as he saw such gratitude from all those who received aid, thanks to you all for making this possible(List of Donors).

My sincerest apologies for not getting this presentation out to everyone earlier, as planned. I've just been having a lot of technical difficulties with my home computer (anyone want to buy me a new one? *smile*).
